Add case merge fields to lightning survey questions email template

Hi Community,

I have a survey that is sent using process builder when a case is closed. It uses a lightning email template related to the survey questions object to embed the survey link. It is cloned from the standard email template Embed_a_Survey_Link.

I am looking for a way to add case merge fields such as subject to the email template.

I tried adding  {{{Case.Subject}}}  but the template just stopped working and emails aren't sent.

Any help on how to accomplish this will be appreciated.
