Hi,
I have a case study and i don't even know where to start.
I have a custom object called machine which acts like the standard asset object
We want our customer to be able to scan a QR code and enter in their issue with the machine.
This will then be sent to salesforce and by using the address of the QR code, salesforce can recognize the machine recordID, grab the details and create a case, with the machine details, along with the additional details entered by the customer
