We have just started using Einstein Activity Capture after upgrading our org, when trying to log an email for example "Monitoring Contracts with Inspections Included" if a thread is already connected with that same name, it wont connect to that same thread.
Is this a known issue with Salesforce Integration or something I can fix with some configuration?
