I obtained a developer edition org from salesforce requesting it using a form and leaving my data. I also configured it correctly following this guide published in the partner community of SF: https://quip.com/vr2RAbM33FHx
Reading the document it says that in this environment: "Email sending is disabled - This will block all list emails, 1-1, drips, tests, and automation based emails. It will not block system emails."
I added two test prospects to my Customer list in Pardot, and I tried to send an email to this list, but no matter what I do, my prospects can not receive my emails.
I don't know what can I do. Do I need to buy a Pardot entire license to test the sending of the emails? or can I do it using this dev. ed. that Salesforce gave me? why is this feature blocked anyway if this is precisly for testing Pardot? Thank you and regards.

Hi Emmanuel,
If you are a user in a Pardot Training Environment, this is the default setting, and bulk email sending will remain disabled.
