So I am having a bit of problem getting a predefined value to carry over.
I am creating a new Work Order from Opportunity.
When I select a button I created which created a new record I have then set up Predefined Values for a number of the fields.
The issue I have is I have two muli-picklists in both Opportunity and Work Order called Services and Directives. Each one shares the same Global Picklist Value set.
The issue is when I got to assigning a predefined value from the drop down, Directives and Services do not appear on that list.

Hi there, Unfortunately, multi-picklist fields aren't supported under predefined values. You can set predefined values for any field available in the action layout editor, with these exceptions.
- Dependent picklists
- Multi-select picklists
- Read-only field types like auto-number, formula, and roll-up summary fields
- Lookup fields
- You can’t use a dependent picklist to set a predefined value.
