Hi - I just recently signed up as an individual for Trailblazer (no company/existing license affiliation). I used my personal email address for set-up, but was never asked to set up a password. When trying to reset my password (to maybe add one) it's asking for the city I was born when I get the link. Is there another way? Don't want to start a new profile since I've already began some of the quizes, etc.
Thanks for the response Andrew - did the new browser thing and still wants me to put in city I was born (never entered this info). I'll keep trying some other things. I'm logged in now so I'm able to use it.
