Can some one help me on this trial head challenge?

Hi All i was trying to complete a trial head challenge for LWC, iam not really sure why its throwing

 

Cannot find Lightning Component Bundle LWC. Even though i have Lightning Bundle tag in My meta.xml file && its exposed, and the folder is under LWC folder in VS code this is taking really lot time if someone can help me on this that would be really helpfull.
