How can we add the child object field in filter criteria of "parent object" process builder

I have a custom object Comment and Standard Object Account. Custom object Comment is the child object of Account.

I need to send an email alert to the Account object email field record. In the Email body, we need to show more than 6 fields of the account record.

In Process Builder, the filter condition is related to the custom object field(Child object of Account)

eg. Filter with Custom Object Name is "something"
