Hi I installed the Connect for Office but the Salesforce toolbar does not appear neither in word nor in excel. I searched the help section at salesforce and found a very good article at , which mentions a folder called "Office 12" that should be there for me to enable the macros. However, the folder is not there either. What should I do? Thanks. Thassiana

Why can't I see folder "Office 12", after installing Connect for Office?
