ATTENTION COMMERCE CLOUD B2C USERS:

Beginning with the Commerce Cloud 21.3 GA release (9-March or 16-March, 2021 depending on what POD you are on), we’re requiring users to verify their identity using multi-factor authentication (MFA) in order to perform the following actions in Business Manager:

• Embed objects into HTML attributes, e.g. with tags iFrame, embed, applet and object.  We introduced a similar requirement for JavaScript in HTML attributes in a previous release.  

• Use these Business Manager modules:
  • Code Replication

  • Data Replication

  • Site Import & Export

  • Jobs 

With the 21.3 release, users who don’t log in with MFA are restricted from using the above Business Manager modules and actions in all instances.
