Hi Everyone,i have raised a support ticket

 

Trailhead Case 00190729: to please install unmanaged package at My TrailHead PlayGround3 ,how do I reach support to escalate the case request.to install unmanaged package at https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/content/learn/superbadges/superbadge_apex seems to not behaving the way it should be
