can I set up SSO for the guest user community (Help Center template)?

The request is: the user can access the Help center community only through the company intranet. If a user tries to access the community without access to the intranet, he cannot reach the home page.

The customer does not have community licenses but only Service licenses, therefore, community login users cannot be used.
