How do you get access to the wonders of this new Inbox? If you're a Salesforce admin, follow these simple instructions:

    @Kaede Holland I found this frustrating also, until I understood the distinction. You actually are not logging those emails to Salesforce unless you physically go through the motions to log an email. This is what we opted to do. We turned off EAC (because it's just a feed), and we now manually log important emails via SF Inbox.
