Wow, I just ran into a new issue after a few years of using Chatter. I meant to hit Like on a comment from Chatter Desktop and accidentally hit delete. No pop or confirmation for delete, it's just gone. Also I can't recover that from the recycle bin. Uh oh! Thankfully it was just from a team member so she understands but it could certainly be an issue otherwise. Thankfully my standard Users don't have that delete. I did find an old idea with a sad number of votes :(
If you agree, please show it some love! Seems like a reasonable expectation, right?

I do wish there was a pop up button "are you sure?" we had the same thing happen and now i'm looking at compliance locker to track deletions so we can always re post them
