We really need to be able to report on who has subscribed to a Content Library. I even checked workbench and did not see any way to do this. There is an Idea out there that needs some votes. I have voted, have you???

This is not available as an API - our longer term vision is to move over to using the "follow" framework instead of subscriptions. The "Follow" framework has a rich API set today and allows admins to add users as followers via API. So the goal will be to enable reporting via this as well.
