Hey Trailblazers 

Our company is heavily using Microsoft Teams, so it doesn't look like Slack will be an option for us anytime soon. I know there is a MS Teams integration with Salesforce, however has anyone found good use cases for it? It looks like you can mention records in Teams, and edit them in a display view, but that's really about it. Does anyone have Sales or Service users that are finding benefit to that integration and if so, how are you using it?

I'm running into an issue installing the MSTeamsActions package from UnofficialSF. I've pasted the error message below. We actually have version 3.3 of the dependent package (FlowActionsBasePack) installed in the org.

Has anyone ran into a similar issue and found a workaround? Thanks!

Problem:1.  Invalid Upgrade.The package you're installing depends on package 'FlowActionsBasePack', version '2.16'. Install package 'FlowActionsBasePack' in the target org before you install package 'MSTeamsActions'.

We are now in business with the new Microsoft Teams integration Pilot. Was super simple to set up and provision. I know there isn't a lot to it (add records to feed/chats, pin records to channels and update them from there), but keen to hear if anyone ran into any limitations/issues (I know it only works with 5 objects right now). I'd also be keen for a separate "Teams Integration" group as "teams" is a word used a fair amount so searching for info and help on it can be harder. Any advice as a newbie is appreciated.

I need to connect Microsoft Teams to Salesforce.  I'm part of the pilot program, but I've been told I need to get this implemented now.  Can someone recommend connector software to do this?  I saw Q!365 on the AppExchange, and I found zapier.com, automate.io, and natterbox.com.  Does anyone have experience with any of these?  

I need a way for salespeople to create an Opportunity, and then take the discussion with non-Salesforce Users to Teams, but have the conversation stored in one place.

Does Salesforce Meetings support multiple web meeting platforms? We use Zoom, Webex Meeting and Event Center and MSTeams. Can we pull metrics from all 3 platforms?

(1) Support for Formula fields

(2) Support more than 4 fields in the Lightning Card shown in Teams, if the Compact Layout has more fields

I watched the Release Readiness Live webinar last week, and they mentioned a Microsoft Teams integration that was being released in Winter 2021.  I've googled it and read all of the Release Readiness pages I can find, but I can't find any information about that.  Can anyone tell me where I can find information about how to implement that and it's functionality?
