i had completed the 1st challenge still not able to earn points

If you've already completed the first challenge but the points haven't been awarded, try the following:

• Refresh the Trailhead page and log out/in again.
• Wait a few minutes, as point updates can sometimes be delayed.
• Verify that all challenge requirements show as completed and that the challenge status is marked as Completed.
• If the issue persists, contact Trailhead Help and include screenshots of the completed challenge.
