I cannot complete it because the user criteria require me to select two different groups, but the interface only allows me to choose one group.
When I try to apply the second filter, the 'group' option no longer appears, so when I validate the challenge, I get this error:
In the policy’s user criteria, we can’t find a filter for ‘Group’ equalling ‘Expert_Support’.

To be able to have several groups, you must disable 'Enhanced Interface for User Access Policies' :
- Go to Setup page
- Search for 'User Management Settings' from Quickfind box and click on it
- Disable the toggle next to 'Enhanced Interface for User Access Policies'.
- Once it is disabled, you will be able to follow the given instructions in the hands-on requirement.
