I a master detail relationship on 2 objects Department and Employee.
On the Employee object I have a field called - Length of Service
Round((Today()-Job_Start_Date__c )/365,2)
On the Department object I want to create a Rollup field Average length of Service, but I do not get the option to select this field

Hey @Angela Mullen-Smith, Rollup summaries can't reference non-deterministic formula fields.
You have to either automate this using schedule/record triggered flow/apex trigger or use tools like DLRS to automate it
