Create a report to find all the accounts that have not had any visits (Event) in more than 6 months.

 You can try using an Accounts with or without Activities report to identify accounts that haven't had any visits (Events) in the last 6 months.

Steps:

1. Go to Reports → New Report.
2. Select Accounts with or without Activities.
3. Add a cross filter: Accounts without Activities.
4. Add subfilters for the Activity Date, if available, to define the last 6 months.
5. Filter the activity type to Event, if supported.
6. Add Account Name, Owner, and other required fields.

Important: Please verify the report results carefully. Filtering by activity date and event type is essential to avoid incorrectly including accounts that had recent visits.

If the standard report doesn't support the required combination of filters, you may need a custom reporting approach or automation to identify accounts without Events during the last 6 months.
