Others have hit this exact "content is blocked" message on the Playground Starter app too, no documented Salesforce fix published yet, but it's a known recurring symptom, not something specific to your setup.
This typically points to the page's install link being blocked from loading in an iframe/embedded context. Try:
- Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, etc.) for this domain, these commonly block embedded content exactly like this
- Try Incognito/Private browsing with extensions off by default
- Try a different browser entirely
- If on a corporate/school network, try a mobile hotspot briefly, some networks block embedded iframe content via proxy/firewall rules
If none of that works, click through directly via the actual AppExchange install link for the package (bypassing the Playground Starter app's embedded frame entirely) and log into your Playground org from there instead.
