To get access to Agentforce Builder, you or your admin must turn on Einstein and Agentforce
in Setup.
I tried to turn this on in set up but this still didn't work for me. Please help

I had a similar issue and would check the user permissions in addition to enabling Einstein and Agentforce. If the features are already turned on, go to Setup → Permission Sets and verify that the user has the required Agentforce permissions, especially Manage AI Agents for building and managing agents. Salesforce also notes that the required permissions can vary depending on the type of agent you’re trying to create.
After assigning the permissions, try logging out and back in or refreshing the browser, then open Agentforce Studio/Builder again. If the option is still missing, I’d also check the Salesforce edition and whether the required Agentforce license is available for the org.
