for the module  "Customize an Org to Support a New Business Unit  Configure an Email Letterhead and Template"     this step Change the Contacts list view to All Contacts and select Andy Young. (If List View options are only My Contacts and My Important Contacts 

not showing   Andy Young  mail.

    Try checking whether the Contacts list view is set to All Contacts and confirm that the correct business unit or org is selected. If Andy Young still doesn’t appear, try refreshing the page and checking the available list view filters. Hope this helps!
