I have turned on EAC for the first time in my developer sandbox and I can see test emails and events are syncing. My question for you is this: If an email doesn't sync the first time for some reason, how can it be resynced? Is there a manual way to sync an email if there was a problem the first time it came in to the inbox?

@Laura Jackson Oh I see. I use outlook so a tool like the Salesforce connector for outlook may be helpful for your case: Salesforce
You users can manually select which emails to connect in Salesforce this way.
