Is anyone using the Error Console feature that was part of the Spring '26 release?

If so, is there a way to get to it besides it showing up automatically in the lower right?  I found blogs that indicate it becomes an option from the cogwheel in upper right but I don't see it there.  I'm testing in a developer sandbox.
