Hello @Shalini P have you correctly created them, and then added it to the proper group as described in https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/customize-an-org-to-support-a-new-business-unit/manage-chatter ? Make sure there is no typo in the group name/description, and that you have well added both correct users. Eric
