- I have given here the navigation in this video. Please follow the navigation at the end of the video you will see the following Bookings screenshot. In that check how many records you have. Also what is the number of guests you see it. If you see any bookings records other than 5 guest for the Mika Mistumi family. Please delete those records. Post that run the prompts with the agent and try booking the session and then check the challenge.
If it is still not working, then recreate a new developer org again (
https://trailhead.salesforce.com/promo/orgs/use-employee-agents-to-get-work-done) and re-do the scenario from the beginning.
