Stuck in "In the New Guest Newsletter prompt template, we can’t find the expected text"

I am stuck  in Add a Flow to Your Prompt Template.

In the New Guest Newsletter prompt template, we can’t find the expected text. 

Also I have already completed these, so I am pretty sure its some formatting issue.

1. Build a Flex Prompt Template
2. Also tested the flow, using preview it gives proper text.
