Issue with Sharing Rule "Share Applicants Between Recruiters"

Hello,  

I'm working on Sharing rules where you are supposed to make individual rules for three differnet objects (Protect Your Data In Salesforce > Create Sharing Rules). The issue I'm facing is one rule in particular, the "Share Applicants Between Recruiters". The access level for this rule listed in the table it provides is "Read Only". As such, I left it as is.  

However, when I went to check the challenge its states that the access level is not "Read/Write" despite saying otherwise in the instructions. When I change it to the "Read/Write" access level the criteria still shows up wrong and says the access level is not "Read Only".  

How do I solve this if both choices are wrong? The other sharing rules for the other objects work fine and have no issue, please help! I am unable to mark it as complete
