Long story short, I have downloaded my certificate, but I lost it when I reset my PC. Is there a possibility of reissuance? I managed to secure a photo of it so I can provide details such as Certificate ID and date of issue.

Good news: this certificate is actually hosted on a platform where you should be able to just redownload it yourself, without needing anyone to "reissue" it.
The Salesforce Supported Virtual Internship Program is run in partnership with SmartBridge/SmartInternz (not directly issued by Trailhead/Salesforce itself), and certificates live on their SkillWallet platform, tied to your certificate ID — that's why you can find it at a public verification URL using just the Certificate ID and date.
To get it back:
1. Go to
https://skillwallet.smartinternz.comand log in with the same account/email you used during the internship
2. Look for your Certificate/Score Card section — completed internship certificates are typically downloadable again from your dashboard, since the platform generates them from your stored completion record, not a one-time file
3. If you can't log in or find it there, use the certificate verification page directly — certificates are viewable/verifiable at a URL pattern like
skillwallet.smartinternz.com/internships/salesforce_certificates/[your-cert-id]— since you have your Certificate ID and issue date from the photo, that should let you pull it up
Since this is a SmartBridge/SmartInternz platform issue rather than a Trailhead one, if you can't self-serve it from SkillWallet, their own support (not Trailhead Help) is the right channel — this community group won't have access to reissue it, since it's a separate third-party partner system rather than something Salesforce/Trailhead controls.
