Your agent preview works, but Trailhead is likely checking the prompt-template setup.
Open Prompt Builder --> Guest Experience Compensation.
Create a new version and replace the compensation instruction with the Trailhead-required text that includes Case Details and Complaint.
Activate the Get Open Cases for Contact flow.
Insert these resources in the prompt:
Flows --> Get Open Cases for Contact after Case Details:
Free Text --> Complaint after Complaint:
Save, preview with Sofia Rodriguez, then activate the new template version.
Refresh Agentforce Builder, retest, and click Check Challenge again.
