Why does a flowchart appearing in my agentforce builder instead of form view?

You're not doing anything wrong — this is expected. Salesforce rolled out a new version of Agentforce Builder that replaced the old form-based, tab-by-tab layout (Topics/Actions/Testing/Settings as separate tabs) with a new workspace centered on "Canvas View." Canvas View shows your agent's Topics, Actions, and logic as visual, connected blocks (which is what looks like a flowchart to you) instead of the old simple form fields. 

Under the hood, everything is powered by Agent Script now — Canvas View is just a visual summary of that script, and you can also flip to "Script view" to see/edit the raw script directly. Both views stay in sync with each other. 

Why this matters for your Trailhead challenge specifically: a lot of Trailhead modules and superbadges (especially older Agentforce ones) were written against the old "Legacy Agentforce Builder" and expect that classic form layout. If you're on a new agent in the new builder, the challenge steps/screenshots won't match what you see. 

Fix: When creating your agent (from the Agentforce Agents page in Setup, or Agentforce Studio), look for the option to use the Legacy Agentforce Builder instead of accepting "Let's Go" under "Try the new Agentforce Builder!" Some challenges explicitly call this out and will fail validation if you use the new builder by mistake.
