I'd say it is a Tableau side rendering timeout.
Defined by the key value
tsm configuration get -k vizqlserver.querylimit
which is per default 30 minutes
Why it is timing out / very slow, is another story, if it is a live connection to Postgres then the (generated) query performance or data volume is bad.
