Help a Guest Out of a Soggy Situation – Completed steps but Challenge not passing

Hi everyone,

I’ve completed all the steps in the unit “Help a Guest Out of a Soggy Situation” under Use Employee Agents to Get Work Done, but I’m unable to pass the Check Challenge.

Here’s what I’ve already done:

•  Used the Guest Agent to retrieve Lucy Todd’s reservation 
•  Confirmed availability of the Presidential Suite 
•  Successfully moved her reservation to the Presidential Suite 
•  Verified the updated reservation record (Room Type changed correctly) 
•  Generated and sent the confirmation email 

However, when I click Check Challenge, I still get the message:

I’ve also:

•  Refreshed the browser multiple times 
•  Re-checked that Einstein and Agentforce are turned ON
•  Confirmed I’m using the correct org

👉 Has anyone experienced this issue or knows what step I might be missing?
