Im on step 6 of this module: Set Up Service Assistant
. I cannot find my Service assistant component to add to the lightning page, is there a permission I'm missing?
(I tried searching with "service" and "assistant". I checked similar errors on the forums and I can confirm I have the correct type of agent and I have activated the page correctly)

Make sure you have turned on Service Assistant for cases
Steps:
Go to setup
in quick find -> search service assistant
scroll down to turn on service assistant for cases
