Hi everyone,
I am testing Experience Delivery (Beta) for an LWR Experience Cloud site (Feedback
) in our sandbox to check performance improvements.
What I did
- Enabled Experience Delivery (Beta)
- Tried to publish the site
Issue
- Publish stays in “In Progress” and never completes
- Site does not get published
- No deployment email received
- In All Sites it shows Beta, and in Workspace it shows Experience Delivery enabled
Test I performed
- I disabled Experience Delivery
- Published the site again
After disabling, the site published successfully
and works fine.
So the issue happens
only when Experience Delivery is enabled.
My questions
- Is Experience Delivery supported in sandbox?
- Is any extra setup required?
- Is it normal to not receive an email in sandbox?
If anyone has successfully published an LWR site with Experience Delivery in sandbox, please share the steps.

As far as I know this should work with sandbox, if it's not I recommend opening a support ticket for troubleshooting why it isn't.
Also, if you've not done so already, I'd recommend reading through this document and understand the implications of using Experience Delivery, what's supported, and what isn't:
