Hello Trailhead Certification Support Team,
I am facing an issue while trying to register for Salesforce certification exams through my Trailhead account.
For all certifications, including the Agentforce Specialist exam, I only see the “Test Center” option. The “Online Proctored” option is not show on my account. However, other candidates are able to see and select the online exam option for the same certifications.
I want to take the exam in online proctored mode, but currently the system is not allowing me to choose that option. Could you please check my account settings and enable online exam scheduling for my profile?

I have attached a screenshot showing that only the Test Center option is available on my side.
Please help resolve this issue as soon as possible so I can proceed with booking my exam online.
