Error - Lesson(Admin): Control Access to the Org

Hello, 

Please help me with this problem. 

This lesson asks: 

- to create a user 

- to deactivate it 

- and asks for the username to contain the word "testuser" 

I followed all the instructions, but it gave an error. Where is the error?
