have you well saved the agent as a new version (as described in the module ; see below the 3rd bullet point instruction) ?
Otherwise you will not be able to modify a standard agent.
Add a topic and update it.- In Topics, Click New and select Add from Asset Library.
- Check the General CRM box and click Finish.
- Click New Version at the bottom.
- Click Save.
