Seeking a Part-Time Project Coordinator (Sacramento-based, Paid)

We’re two retired consultants in Sacramento working on a visionary nonprofit 501(c)(3) book project about a unified system for humanity's survival and thriving. The project centers on collaborative systems integration and AI's involvement.

We’re looking for a thoughtful, tech-savvy 

Project Coordinator to help us stay organized and move forward efficiently. You’ll help manage ideas, tag themes, track drafts, and coordinate project materials using tools like Notion, ChatGPT, and Google Docs.

About the Role:

• Title: AI-Enabled Project Coordinator
• Commitment: 10–20 hours/week through the first draft (~6 months)
• Pay: $30–$55/hour depending on experience
• Location: Sacramento-based

This could be a great fit for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion to utilize emerging tech and collaboration to better the human condition.
