Hi @Jen Reeves -  that error almost always means the “Use Sales Coach Agent” permission set ended up on the wrong user (usually the built-in Sales Coach Agent service user), or isn’t on your user at all. The Trailhead checker only looks for it on your user. Here’s a quick checklist to get you past this step:

    1. Assign the permission set to your user
      • Go to SetupPermission Sets
      • Click Use Sales Coach Agent
      • Hit Manage AssignmentsAdd Assignments
      • Find your own user record (not the Sales Coach Agent user), check it, and save.
    2. Verify your user has the right license
      • Open your user record in Setup.
      • Make sure the Permission Set License (PSL) for Agentforce (or the one the package requires) is assigned. If it isn’t, click Edit on your user and pick the correct PSL.
    3. Remove it from the service user (if you’ve already accidentally assigned it there)
      • Back in Manage Assignments for that permission set, you can unassign the Sales Coach Agent user so there’s no confusion.
    4. Re-run the challenge check
      • Jump back into Trailhead and click Check Step. It should now detect the permission set on your user and mark the step complete.
