I'm wondering whether agents are capable of extracting information from PDF files that are attached/related to a CRM record. On the Standard Actions Reference page (
https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ai.copilot_actions_ref.htm&type=5) I couldn't find such an action.
Does anyone know whether this type of action is available or how it could be created?
Any hint or idea is greatly appreciated.

The going forward approach is to use Data Cloud RAG features to build knowledge from unstructured data like PDFs.
