Enable partner user

I am on the "Designate a Partner Account User" module, it says to select "enable partner from drop-down menu, but the option isn't there. How do I enable sForce as partner? #Experience Cloud#Trailhead Challenges

And before you ask, yes, I completed the previous challenge. I checked it 3 times already.
