I need some clarification regarding sending emails from salesforce.

Lately it happens that if I send automatic mails (e.g. via flow) from salesforce, they don't start if the sender has an internal address of the org company; instead if it is a user with different mail dominio, it works correctly.

Could you tell me why this cohort?

Also I would like to know if salesforce when sending mails relies on client's mail server.
