Here are some of the resources shared as part of the live EMEA Ask Me Anything Session

How do I report on multi-select picklists
- This is a major challenge, and multi-select picklists now come with a 'warning' because of the challenges around this: see this Salesforce Ben article for more info
- Recommended to either: move the multi-select picklists to checkboxes as that will allow easier reporting or to look at moving them to a custom objects with separate records for the various choices (the latter being a larger build)
Are there integrations available that allow you to book space on a Calendar in Salesforce?
- Suggested watching the recording from @Claire Wingate's presentation at the UK Nonprofit Virtual User Group as this was setup with Calendly
- Salesforce Sites and Visualforce is also an option
Discussed options for duplicate checkers:
- Suggested Plauti, the user already had the tool but had a few issues, suggested opening a case with Plauti as opposed to a new tool
What address verification tools exist for google forms?
- Not strictly a Salesforce question - discussed using Loqate or Google themselves - and then looked at the reason 'why' and found it was to ensure the county was correct when it arrived in Salesforce, suggested using a dependent picklist with Nation > County to give a smaller list and ensure data integrity.
