We are excited to say that Einstein Search Answers, that went GA last February (see Release Notes), is at full speed and gaining momentum. Regarding some of the customers still using the pilot version, we will be closing the pilot with the Summer '24 release and that those still using it should transition to the GA version.

Do you have Einstein for Service Add on or Einstein 1 for Service Edition? If you have, then you should be good to go and no changes are needed.
If you don't have any of these, then you will need to acquire the Addon or the Edition to continue using Search Answers.
