Hello,
Every time I go to view a page for an Action Plan or Action Plan Template, I have to refresh the page multiple times in order to see the related Action Plan Items and Document Check List Items. Sometimes, I'll refresh and ones that appeared previously all of sudden don't appear anymore. I have to refresh at least 3-5 times to get everything to appear.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is this some delay or caching problem? How do I get this to stop?
