Just completed my master's in management from a reputed uni. Have 1 yr of management executive experience before master's and a 6 month internship at Amazon after; where I was introduced to the Salesforce ecosystem and marketing cloud in general.
Have seen a lot of roles come up lately requiring the SFMC email specialist or admin certificate requirements.I have over 5 years of experience as a freelance digital marketer(have a few IG pages with 250k+ organic followers). Currently looking for a job in marketing/marketing automation. Is the SFMC email specialist certification worth it to get a job in the UK market? or should I go for the new marketing associate one? Everyone on youtube suggests the later.

If you are interested in Marketing Cloud, I’d suggest getting these three certifications in this order: the new Marketing Associate cert, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, and then Marketing Cloud Administrator.
