Account team setup settings

I accidentally did not click 

1. Select the Account Layout checkbox to add the Account Team-related list to the page layout. And not I am not able to go back and rectify the situation after enabling account teams. I have tried to deactivate the account teams made and deactivate account teams all together, but when re-activated it does not give me the setup checkboxes again, and I can not find where to go and edit this in account teams so that is then retro added to the account layouts
