I finished Admin Exam on 8 Nov and pass it until now I did not receive my certificate or badge and open a case with Trailhead help and did not get any answer What should I do?

There may be some technical issues trailhead team will contact you soon.
If you passed then your certification is not going anywhere.
I hope you already checked your spam folder also.
